Are LIV MAKES products handmade?
Many components are cast, assembled and finished by hand by LIV MAKES, including our plaster figures and handmade wall decoration.
Because of their handmade nature, small differences in color, texture, shape and finish may occur. Small surface air bubbles may also be visible in cast pieces.
These small differences are part of the material and handmade production process and are not considered a defect as long as they do not affect the safety, durability or normal usability of the product.

What is a Paint & Party Bag?
The Paint & Party Pouch is a creative and personalized party giveaway for occasions such as birthdays and children's parties.
Each Paint & Party Pouch contains: 3 small plaster figures; 2 colors of acrylic paint; 1 paintbrush; a personalized card with the child's name, age and selected theme.
The figures and paint colors are coordinated with the chosen theme.
The Paint & Party Bag is available in sets of 5 or 10.

Can I personalize the Paint & Party Pouch?
Yes. The Paint & Party Pouch is personalized with: the birthday child's name; age; selected theme.
Please carefully check the information you enter before completing your order. The personalization is created based on the information you provide with your order.
What are Paint & Stick Magnets?
Paint & Stick Magnets are a larger painting activity where children paint their own plaster figures and can use them afterwards as decorative magnets.
A set contains 4 medium-to-large plaster figures with magnets.
The figures are selected to match the chosen theme.
After painting and drying, the magnets can be used on a suitable magnetic surface.

What is the difference between Paint & Party Bags and Paint & Stick Magnets?
The Paint & Party Bag is designed as a compact and personalized party giveaway for several children.
Paint & Stick Magnets contain larger figures and provide a more substantial painting activity. After painting, the figures can be used as decorative magnets.

What is Paint & Keep?
Paint & Keep is a collection of creative painting projects where the finished result is not only painted, but can also be kept afterwards as a personal decoration or keepsake.
Different versions are available within this collection.
What is Little Cloud Keepsake?
Little Cloud Keepsake is a compact personalized painting project with a cloud-shaped base.
The set contains: a cloud-shaped base; a memo holder; the first initial of the name; 1 themed plaster figure; 3 positive memo cards.
The child can paint the different parts themselves. Afterwards, it becomes a personal decoration that can hold, for example, a photo, card, drawing or small message.
This version uses only the first letter of the name.
What is the My Name Keepsake version?
With My Name Keepsake, the full name is the main feature.
The set contains: a rectangular base; a memo holder; plaster letters for a name of up to 6 letters; 3 positive memo cards.
This version does not include an extra themed figure, so the name itself remains the main feature of the decoration.
The maximum name length is 6 letters.
What can I place in the memo holder?
The memo holder can be used for example for: a photo; a small drawing; a card; a personal message.
The set includes 3 positive memo cards.
Paint & Use
What is Paint & Use?
Paint & Use is a collection of creative projects where the child paints something that can also be used afterwards.
The activity therefore does not end with painting: the finished product has a practical use.
What is the themed pen or flower holder?
This is a painting project where the child can paint a decorative holder and matching components.
The set contains: 1 holder shape; 1 base; 1 large themed plaster figure.
Depending on the selected version, the holder can be used for example for: pens; pencils; a small decorative flower.
Available in 4 different shapes: heart, rainbow, house and flower.
The currently available shapes and themes are shown on the product page.
Do I need to attach the holder components myself?
The components are not permanently glued together by default before painting.
If you want a permanent assembly after painting, an adult can attach the parts using a suitable adhesive.
Always follow the instructions provided with the product.
What is My Painted Name Sign?
My Painted Name Sign is a personalized painting project that allows a child to create their own decorative name sign.
The set contains: a wooden board; 3 small themed plaster figures; plaster letters for a name of up to 6 letters.
The child paints the letters and figures themselves, creating a personal decoration for a bedroom, playroom or other space.

3D Canvas Kits
What is a 3D Canvas Kit?
A 3D Canvas Kit is a painting project that combines plaster figures with a canvas.
The child paints not only the plaster figures, but can also use the open areas of the canvas to add their own background, colors or extra details.
There are currently two sizes: A5 3D Canvas Kit and A4 3D Canvas Kit

What is the difference between the A5 and A4 3D Canvas Kit?
The A5 3D Canvas Kit is the more compact version.
It contains an A5 canvas with approximately 4 to 6 small plaster figures.
Part of the canvas is intentionally left open so the child can add their own painting and extra details.
The A4 3D Canvas Kit is the larger version and has a more developed composition.
It consists of: 1 large hero figure; 4 supporting themed figures; several small decorative accents where appropriate.
Part of the canvas is also intentionally left open to preserve space for the child's own creativity.
Which small figures can be used on an A4 3D Canvas Kit?
Where appropriate for the design, small accents may be added in the shape of a flower, a cloud, a star, a heart and a leaf.
These are only used when they fit the composition.
The canvas is intentionally not completely filled with plaster figures, so enough space remains for the child to add their own painting.
What else is included in a 3D Canvas Kit?
The exact contents may vary by version.
The relevant product page will always state which canvas size is included, which plaster figures are included, which paint and painting materials are included, whether personalization is available, which additional accessories are included with the selected version.

Can I personalize a 3D Canvas Kit?
Personalization may be available for selected designs.

Wall Decoration
What is Wall Decoration?
Our wall decoration consists of handmade decorative pieces with relief and texture.
Depending on the design, materials may include texture paste, rattan, seagrass, other natural decorative materials.
This is not a DIY or painting kit.
The wall decoration is delivered finished and is intended as a decorative interior product.
The materials used, dimensions and other product specifications are stated separately for each design.
Use & Safety
Are the creative products suitable for children?
This varies by product.
Before purchasing, always check the age indication, warnings and safety information on the relevant product page and follow the information on the packaging and any included instructions.
Creative products may contain small parts, plaster figures, paintbrushes and acrylic paint.
Supervise children during use where this is indicated for the specific product.
Paint, plaster and other craft materials are not intended to be eaten or drunk.
Is the paint washable?
Our painting products contain acrylic paint.
Acrylic paint is not guaranteed to wash out and may cause permanent stains on clothing, furniture and other surfaces.
During painting, please protect clothing, the table, furniture, the surrounding area.
Use an included apron where this forms part of the product.
Use covering for the table or any surface where the figures will be painted.
Also follow any usage and safety information supplied with the paint.
Orders & Delivery
What if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Please check your order after delivery.
If a product is damaged, defective, incorrectly made or you received a different product from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include your order number where possible and send clear photos of the product and, in the case of transport damage, the packaging where possible.
This helps us assess the issue more quickly and provide an appropriate solution.
Your statutory rights where a product does not conform to the agreement remain applicable.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Our usual processing times before shipment are:
In-stock products: 1–3 working days
Personalized products: 3–5 working days
Larger, bulk and keepsake orders: 5–7 working days
The carrier's delivery time is additional to this.
These are processing times and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Do you need the product for a birthday, baby shower, party or another occasion on a specific date? Please order well in advance.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
The available shipping methods and shipping costs are shown during checkout.
Which carriers do you use?
Depending on the destination, dimensions and weight of the order, your parcel may be shipped via PostNL, DHL, and DPD.
Where Track & Trace is available for the selected shipping method, you will receive the tracking information after shipment.
Returns
Can I return my order?
For online purchases, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, unless a statutory exception applies.
For products made according to your specifications or clearly personalized, a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal may apply.

Can I return a personalized product?
A product made according to your specifications or clearly personalized may legally be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
This exception does not affect your statutory rights where a product is, for example damaged, defective, incorrectly personalized, incorrectly delivered and otherwise not in accordance with your order.

Share Your Creation
Can I share a photo of my creation with LIV MAKES?
Yes.
Through Share Your Creation, you can submit a photo of your LIV MAKES creation.
If we would also like to use your photo for promotional purposes, for example on our website or social media, we will ask for separate permission.
Without this permission, we will not use the submitted photo for these promotional purposes.
The terms and privacy information shown with the upload form apply to your submission.
Payments & Special Orders
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available for your order are shown during checkout.
Depending on the country and order, available options may include iDEAL / Wero, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard.
Payments may be processed through our payment provider Mollie.
Can I request a large or special order?
Yes.
If you are planning a larger party, a special occasion or have a request that is not included in the standard options, please contact us.
We will then review what is possible based on factors including the desired product, quantity, selected theme, any personalization, available production time.
A request only becomes final once the order and any custom arrangements have been confirmed by LIV MAKES.
