At LIV MAKES, we handle your personal data with care. In this privacy policy, we briefly explain which data we process, why we process it, and what rights you have.
What data do we process?
When you visit our webshop, place an order, contact us, or complete a form, we may process information including:

What do we use your data for?

> product personalization;
> customer service, returns and withdrawals;

> operating and improving our webshop;

> complying with legal obligations.
We process personal data only where there is a valid legal basis, such as the performance of a contract, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest, or your consent.
Who do we share data with?
We only share personal data where this is necessary to provide our services or where we are legally required to do so.
For this purpose, we may use service providers for services including Shopify, payments, shipping, forms, email and administration.
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate legal safeguards are applied where required.
Payments
Payments are processed by the payment providers available during checkout. LIV MAKES does not itself store full payment card details where these are processed directly by the payment provider.
Cookies
Our webshop uses cookies and similar technologies. For cookies that require consent, we ask for your permission in advance. You can manage your preferences through our cookie banner or privacy settings.
Photos – Share Your Creation
Through Share Your Creation, you can voluntarily upload a photo of your creation.
Uploading a photo does not automatically give permission for publication. If we would like to use your photo on our website or social media, we will ask for separate consent.
We recommend not uploading photos in which children or other people are clearly identifiable.
How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary, unless we are legally required to retain certain information for a longer period, for example for financial administration purposes.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw any consent you have given.
